What types of cars do you have available?
Our fleet includes a curated selection of compact sedans and small SUVs designed for comfort, reliability, and efficiency. You’ll find vehicles like the Nissan Sentra, Toyota Corolla and the Nissan Kicks SUV. All are well-maintained, fuel-efficient and ready for your next trip. We focus on offering cars that meet your everyday needs with a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.
How much does it cost to rent a car?
Rental prices vary depending on the vehicle you choose. You can view our available cars and see the current rates directly on our Fleet page. Each listing includes all the details you need to make the best choice for your trip.
Are there any additional fees?
We keep pricing transparent. Only fees that apply are the ones triggered by what happens during your rental:
- Security deposit: refundable, shown at checkout.
- Cleaning: Light $25; Deep $100.
- Smoking/Vaping: $100–$150.
- Late return: $25/hour (max $150/day) + daily rental.
- Fuel: Return at the same level or $5.00/gal + $20 service (unless you buy Prepaid Refuel $50).
- Tolls & tickets: Toll amount + $15 admin per occurrence; ticket amount + $25 admin.
- Roadside (if you didn’t buy RSA): Lock-out $95; jump-start $75; fuel delivery $85 + fuel; flat-tire assist $95; non-accident tow $175 + $6/mi.
- Keys / lockbox / GPS tampering: Lost key/fob $300; lockbox $75; telematics tampering $250 + damages.
- Optional add-ons (if you choose them): Roadside Assistance $5.99/day, Unlimited miles $75/day, Long-distance (100 mi/day) $20/day, Extra driver $10 (one-time), Child seat $20, GPS $50, Prepaid Refuel $50.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. The minimum is 1 day (24 hours). Partial days are charged as a full day.
Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?
Age: 25+ (21–24 only with prior approval and an underage fee/deposit; must meet our standards).
License: Valid, non-expired driver’s license in your name.
Payment: Major card and a refundable security deposit.
Authorized drivers only: Every driver must be listed on the contract.
Use limits: No off-road, racing, towing, rideshare/delivery, or other prohibited uses; travel within the contiguous U.S. (Mexico prohibited). Smoking is not allowed; pets only with prior approval. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?
We run seasonal and limited-time promos. Check our booking page at checkout or subscribe to our emails/texts for the latest offers. Only one promo can be applied per booking unless stated otherwise.
Are insurance and roadside assistance included in the rental cost?
Insurance isn’t included. You can either:
- Use your own auto policy (primary) and show proof before pickup, or
- Purchase Bonzah protections at checkout (third-party): CDW (Collision Damage) $26.95/day – primary for vehicle-to-vehicle collisions, up to $35,000, up to $500 deductible (not liability). RCLI (primary liability to state minimums) $20.18/day. SLI (excess liability) $11.20/day – up to $100k/person, $500k/accident; must be paired with RCLI. PAI (personal accident) $6.90/day. Roadside Assistance (RSA) is optional and not insurance: $5.99/day covers lock-out, jump-start, fuel delivery (fuel extra), flat-tire help with a usable spare, and towing up to 25 miles per incident in the DFW service area (limits apply).
If you decline RSA, you may use your own policy’s roadside if it includes it, or pay per-event fees listed above.
Mechanical failures not caused by the renter are handled by us at no cost.
What are the fuel and mileage policies?
Fuel: Return at the same level you received it. If not, it’s $5.00 per gallon + $20 service (or buy Prepaid Refuel $50).
Miles: Standard allowance: 200 miles/day (prorated). Overages: $0.50/mile.
Optional: Long-distance package (adds 100 miles/day) $20/day; Unlimited miles $75/day.
